At The Walking Dead, we want you to be completely satisfied with your survival gear. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email or use a trackable shipping service to send the package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
